“Beauty will save the world” is a famous quote by Fyodor Dostoevsky, a Russian novelist, short story writer, essayist and journalist. It is a simple statement and to some may appear to be a silly one. Surely the troubles of our world cannot be rectified by beauty. Yet so many have found encouragement in this statement.
